These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and service usage offered by Prashasvi Holidays. By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms in full.

1. Minimum Kilometer Policy

Minimum kilometres apply per calendar day and may vary by vehicle type (300 / 400 / 500 KM). Billing is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs for each calendar day, irrespective of actual usage duration.

2. Distance and Time Calculation

All distance and time calculations are measured on a garage-to-garage basis. The journey begins when the vehicle departs its garage and ends when it returns to its origin garage.

3. Driver Allowance

For local trips, driver allowance applies after 10 hours of service or if duty extends beyond 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. For outstation trips, travel between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM attracts additional driver allowance charges.

4. Additional Charges

Tolls, parking fees and interstate permits are payable by the customer. Traffic violations, challans, penalties or legal proceedings arising from passenger negligence or actions are borne by the customer.

5. Interstate Permit

Interstate permit charges are valid for seven days only. Additional charges apply if the permit is extended.

6. Duty Slip or Trip Sheet Signing

The customer and driver must complete, review and sign the trip sheet at the end of the journey. Billing disputes or claims will not be entertained without a correctly signed duty slip.

7. Air Conditioning Policy

AC performance is optimal while the vehicle is moving. Stationary use may incur additional charges. Prashasvi Holidays is not liable for AC inefficiency due to road gradients, extreme climatic conditions or technical malfunction.

8. Prohibited Activities

Smoking, alcohol consumption and contraband items are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

9. Customer Conduct

Prashasvi Holidays may deny or discontinue service if a passenger exhibits rude, intoxicated, aggressive or unsafe behaviour. Damage caused by misconduct is chargeable.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for personal property and luggage. Prashasvi Holidays, its drivers and staff are not liable for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

11. Guide Charges

Tour guide or escort charges are not included unless specifically requested at an additional cost.

12. Conclusion of Trip

Before trip completion, customers must settle all additional payments, including extra kilometres, extra hours, driver allowance and other applicable charges.

13. Washing & Cleaning Charges

Cleaning charges apply where passengers cause stains, damage, odour, spillage or vomiting. For wedding-related decorations or events, a cleaning fee of ₹1000 per vehicle applies.

14. Force Majeure & External Factors

Prashasvi Holidays is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic congestion, roadblocks, mechanical failure, flight delays or events beyond its control. Additional charges during such circumstances are payable by the customer.

15. Rate Variability

Prices are dynamic and may vary during weekends, holidays, festive seasons or peak-demand periods. Revised pricing, if applicable, is communicated before service commencement.

16. Baggage & Porterage

Baggage must remain within the capacity of the booked vehicle. Porter services are not included and may be arranged separately on request.

17. Pricing and GST

All rates are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is charged additionally and reflected on the invoice.

18. Flexible Vehicle Upgrade

Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability and payment of the fare difference. Rescheduling, route changes or vehicle category changes may attract additional charges. Rerouting during travel may incur toll, tax or fuel adjustments.

19. Complaints & Feedback

Complaints or service grievances must be raised within seven days of trip completion to be eligible for review. Feedback is used solely to improve service quality.

20. Passenger Travel Insurance

Prashasvi Holidays does not provide personal accident or travel insurance. Customers are advised to obtain suitable independent insurance coverage.

21. Emergency Procedures

In case of malfunction, accident, health emergency or other unforeseen events, customers must follow the instructions issued by the driver or authorised personnel for their safety.
